Alejandro Gª Cortés, a designer from Jerez, worked for years leading the line of accessories for Elisa Cortés, a family business founded in 1989. In 2013 he created ECUE together with Verónica Sabido, to make the dream of building a firm where the client can come true. design your own accessories.
A lover of nature, he decided that if he wanted ECUE to be unique, it would have to be made up of the treasures it gives us, since nature does not make two creations the same. His designs are timeless and simple; thus leaving the prominence to the appliqué that you choose, these can be different types of minerals, fossils, antlers, etc...
For Alejandro, "ECUE is a game of creativity and movement, where you can make the compositions that best suit the moment and combine them creating an unlimited number of possibilities."

We are a Spanish company with our own artisan manufacturing. Ecue is the result of the combination of our mineral, carpentry and leather goods workshops in southern Spain.
We bet on sustainable and environmentally friendly manufacturing methods. The leather we use comes only from waste generated in the food industry.
