EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

-SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

 If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order (in accordance with art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Ordinance of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19).

ONLINE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

You can make a change for each order placed completely free of charge. To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to info@ecue.es indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
  2. That's all. No commissions, totally free.

Ecue reserves the right not to accept more than one free change for each order made by the customer.

ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

To return your order, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to info@ecue.es indicating that you want to return your order. (*) It is essential that you clearly detail the reason for the return.
  2. We will collect the order at the shipping address.

BILLS

Ecue is not responsible for the return costs (except if it is our mistake or in case of a defect), but we will help to manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the client related to the return of an order will be €7 for each item that is returned. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned in the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packed in its original box and duly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received.

RETURN AMOUNT

Ecue will proceed to refund the amount paid, once the returned product has been received and its good condition has been verified. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.

 

-INTERNATIONAL (Includes the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

ONLINE INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To make a change in size, model or color, you must return the order/item you wish to change and make a new purchase of the product you wish to receive. To do this, follow the instructions below:

1. Send an email with your order number to info@ecue.es indicating that you want to return your order. (*) It is essential that you clearly detail the reason for the return.

2. Send us the garments you want to return with the transport company of your choice:

3. Buy the product for which you want to change your order through our website.

*Changes and returns of personalized items are not allowed. Remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure speedy travel through any customs office you may pass through. If you do not provide this information, the return may be delayed and, in the worst case, the customs office will return the package to your address.
